We are proud to welcome Mikko Montonen to adCura’s EMS expert community.
 
Mikko brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the semiconductor and electronics industries; including over ten years as CEO of publicly listed companies on the Nasdaq exchange. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Aspocomp, one of Europe’s leading PCB manufacturers.
 
During his tenure, Mikko led the company through a significant transformation. This involved evolving it from a traditional manufacturing organisation into a customer-focused PCB service partner while expanding market segments and strengthening profitability.
 
Earlier in his career, Mikko held several senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, and executive management; including Executive Vice President, Interim and Deputy CEO, and CEO of the Okmetic’s US subsidiary. His work has taken him across key semiconductor markets in the United States, Japan, China, Taiwan, and Korea.
 
Within adCura’s expert community, Mikko contributes deep expertise in PCB manufacturing, PCB markets and trade, and the broader semiconductor supply chain. He will be supporting situations where technology capabilities, market positioning, and commercial strategy intersect.
