We are happy to welcome a new organization and people expert to adCura’s EMS community – Rita Asvanyi.

Rita has spent most of her professional life in senior HR leadership roles within multinational industrial and EMS environments. She has worked closely with management teams across Europe and South America. Rita is a global citizen in the truest sense. Having lived and worked across multiple cultures, she brings strong cultural awareness without losing operational clarity.

Rita has supported organisations through integration phases, organisational redesign, workforce transitions and complex people decisions – always with a clear understanding of production realities, compliance demands and leadership accountability.

Alongside her corporate roles, she also co-runs a long-established family business in Hungary. This adds a very practical perspective on ownership, risk, cash-flow realities and long-term trade-offs.

Within adCura’s expert community, Rita supports situations where people and organisation decisions directly influence execution, leadership alignment, and long-term stability working in a way that fits adCura’s structured, phased approach.
